Putty, I will anser this for you. First, I'll start with the bed itself. Make sure that the frame itself with accomodate a mattress that will be big enough to support your movements at night, whether it be you alone or with a partner. Of course, the frame should be one that is defitnately solid enough to support body weight in excess of what you plan it for. Once that is established, next is the mattress. Comfort and proper body support go hand in hand when it comes to a matress. Before buying one, sit on, and lay on it for a good 1-2 minutes. A good mattress is one that is not to soft or firm. When you lay on it, it should not feel like your laying on a solid board, hard, or visa versa it should not feel like your sinking, especially in the middle part of your body. A mattress that your able to lay on completely straight with only the slightest natural curves on your bodyparts, especially when it comes to movement is just about perfect. As for longevity, make sure you pick a mattress that is well known for lasting a year or more easily. I use a "Sealy Posturepedic" mattress myself, and have been very satisfied with it.
Putty, I am glad to have been of assistance in answering your question.

There are lots of good mattresses available, but Select Comfort is one of the best. Its special features make it superior to its competitors. It uses air chamber technology. The air pockets inside the mattress provide balance to the gravity pressure to give you a good night's sleep. For more details, visit this website:
