[[Does a good mattress and bedding guarantee a good night's sleep?]]

If it's really that important, where can I get a good mattress?

It is said that most people spend 36% of their life sleeping, with that being said, investing in a good mattress may sound more like a necessity. We had a real dumping mattress and could not afford an expensive mattress, so we bought a mattress pad. It was crazy how much better our sleep had gotten. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfortable.

2 years ago we invested in a Tempur-Pedic and again our sleep got much better. I no longer wake up tired or groggy and I do not toss and turn. I feel like a good mattress is absolutely worth the money and if they do not guarantee a good night sleep, I can bet they atleast guarantee a BETTER night sleep.

A good mattress and bedding do not guarantee a good nights sleep! Everyone is different and it may not be the mattress at all their are plenty of things that can cause a bad night of sleep. Maybe try listening to some calm relaxing music that can help or it has been proven if you tense your whole body for a good 30-45 seconds before laying down and then release to relax your muscles and that could help to i have problems getting a good nights sleep and this helped me greatly and I hope this helps you to!!!
