Does a good mattress and bedding guarantee a good night sleep?

I see lots of advertisements on the television and show rooms] talking about how their mattresses and beddings would make anybody sleep well at night. Some even claim to cure pins and strengthen the of the body if a person sleeps on them for a long time. Do you think a good mattress and bedding guarantee a good night sleep? Or is it just the condition of the body that matters?

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Yes, as more people experience back problems, orthopedic mattresses products are becoming more popular. An orthopedic mattress acts as a lifeline when it come to the health of your spine and back.

An orthopedic mattress will benefit your body as a whole by providing supportive and restful sleep and allowing you to recover from the activities of a busy day.

Sleeping on an orthopedic mattress is one of the most effective means or ensuring that you get a good night's sleep and you will avoid stiffness, aches, muscular discomfort and back pain. It will also protect your back by letting it retain its natural form without the buildup of unnecessary tensions and pressures.

This could be one of the reasons why there are many people who suffer back and induced pain and discomfort. These problems in most cases are due to poor sleeping habits and poor quality beds and mattresses. The solution to these problems is an orthopedic mattress which can help alleviate these problems.

Our body need to have a good restful sleep and so when sleep is disrupted by aches and discomforts, the back is not only the one that suffer but the body as well.

Simply no.
Good mattress or good pillow or good bed all are of no use if you are sick. There is no guarantee of a good night sleep by providing mattress or good pillow or good bed. If your body and mind is OK, everything is OK.

Nothing guarantees a good night's sleep except for peace of mind, although a good mattress can certainly help. Clean, soft and breathable sheets and comfortable pillows also contribute to a good night's sleep. Ideally, you want to be as peaceful as possible. Any electronics are said to disrupt the mind and neurons by keeping them alert, including cell phones, alarm clocks, etc. There are both pros and cons to air conditioning and fans. Some people like the white noise and are used to it; others can't stand it. All in all, the priority is to have adequate body temperature. If the body is too hot, sleep wont' come easily and it will be fitful.
